If you are new to Lagree and wondering where to start, then this class is for you. This class is designed to help you learn basic Lagree movements with slower transitions in between moves to allow you to learn proper form and alignment, adapt to the machine through structured sequences to build strength and confidence. For advanced clients, this class offers you an opportunity to focus on perfecting your Lagree practice.

Our signature Lagree class focuses on core, muscular strength and endurance —without stressing your joints or ligaments. Using spring resistance training and body weight, it activates deep muscle fibers for long, controlled movements that make you shake, sweat, and feel sore in the best way. Expect exercises like planks, lunges, and squats, upper body moves, all modifiable for any level.
Vibe: Expect to be humbled and work muscles you never knew existed.
Level: For clients that have taken at least 6 Lagree Fundamentals classes and kick it up a notch! Not recommended for clients with serious injuries.
This is an advanced class
designed to push you to the next level of core and muscular strength with longer sequences per body part in the front and back of the machine, inclusion of advanced variations, longer progressions, options for added free weights and props. Mega Power will leave you sweating, , and feeling unstoppable.
Vibe: Max Effort, Max Results
Level: Advance level only. Not recommended for clients with serious injuries.
LagreeXClimb is the ultimate full-body workout designed to provide an effective workout for people want to increase core, muscular endurance, strength and torch calories. Each class starts with 30 mins of Lagree followed by 15 minutes of VersaClimbing. VersaClimbing is a full-body workout that combines zero impact, high intensity, vertical cardio with resistance training – science proves it is one of the most effective and efficient ways of burning fat and calories.
Vibe: Sweat hard, sculpt harder.
Level: We recommend taking at least 6 Lagree Fundamentals classes before jumping into this high intensity strength/combo class. Not recommended for clients with serious injuries.
