Each class is split between 20 mins of Lagree and 20 minutes of VersaClimbing. VersaClimbing is a full-body workout that combines zero impact, high intensity, vertical cardio with resistance training – science proves it is one of the most effective and efficient ways of burning fat and calories.
Vibe: Sweat the stress of day away. Post-class feeling like you can accomplish anything.
Level: We recommend taking at least 6 Lagree Fundamentals classes before jumping into this high intensity strength/combo class. Not recommended for clients with serious injuries.
