New Clients: Please arrive 10 minutes prior to the start of class to allow your self time to arrive on time, meet your trainer, get an overview of the machine and a demo of key moves. For safety reasons, if you do not arrive to your first class 10 minutes prior to the start of the class, we will have to reschedule your first class to a different day and time.
Grip Socks: All participants must wear grip socks during class for safety and hygiene reasons. Grip socks provide a secure grip on the Mini Pro machine and help maintain cleanliness. You can purchase grip socks at our studio or bring your own. We offer a variety of styles and sizes for your convenience.
Shoes: Workout shoes are required for the VersaClimber. We do not permit the use of clogs, flip flops, slides, etc. on the VersaClimber.
Water: Make sure you stay hydrated before, during and after class! We also have a water station available at the studio.
Towel: You will get sweaty! We encourage you to bring a towel. We provide cold, wet towels infused with lavender at the end of your workout. :)
We understand that things happen! We have limited spots available and to ensure that every member of our BODICORE community has the best possible experience with us and a fair opportunity to book a class, please review the cancellation policy below.
Late Cancellations/No Shows
We know there are factors that are out of our control and we respectfully request to do your best to arrive on time.
We start class on time for the consideration of others in class and doors are locked at the start of class to ensure the safety of our clients and to minimize disruptions. The warm up is key component of the class as we use that time to explain new moves if needed and provide you with an opportunity to warm up to prepare your body for the workout!
If there is waitlist and a client is on stand by for a spot to open, we will give your spot to the client who is on stand by if you are not at the studio at the time class starts.
If a class is fully booked, you can add yourself to the waitlist through the BODICORE or on our website up to an hour before class starts. If a spot opens up, you will automatically be added to the class. Openings can become available at any moments notice, so you must be ready to join the class at the scheduled time.
Waitlist Etiquette: If you no longer intend to attend a class you're waitlisted for, please remove yourself from the waitlist to allow others a chance to join. To remove yourself from the waitlist, you need to log into the BODICORE app or on our website to remove yourself from the waitlist or you will incur no show fee of $30.
Payment: Class credits and memberships are available to purchase online or via the BODICORE app using a valid credit card..
Refunds:
We do not offer refunds or extensions on any class credits, memberships, apparel, or merchandise. Refunds may be considered in cases of serious medical conditions with proper documentation. Class credits, credit packages, and membership packages are non-refundable.
Yes we offer an introductory private lesson for new clients and we offer individual private lessons! Email info@bodicore.com to for more information.
Yes! We offer 10% off of monthly memberships for Military, Police Officers, Firefighters, Medical Workers, Teachers. You can email to info@bodicore.com to purchase your membership at the discounted rate with a valid ID.
