TERMS AND POLICIES

New Clients: New clients  are required to arrive 10 minutes prior to the start of class to receive a  proper orientation of the machine and exercises. New clients that do not arrive 10 minutes prior to start of class, will not be permitted to take the class,  and have the option to reschedule. 


Class Start Time:  To  respect all clients and instructors, we start class at the scheduled time. Clients that arrive late to class, will not be permitted to join the class Doors are locked at the start of class to ensure the safety of our clients, our instructors and to minimize disruptions.  If there is a waitlist and you are not checked in at the start of class, your spot will be forfeited and released to the next person on the waitlist. 


Attire: Grip  socks are required to take our Lagree classes for the safety of our clients.  Grip socks can be purchased at check in using a credit card prior to the start of class. Shoes are required to take our VersaClimber classes. We do not allow outside shoes to be worn in the studio. 


Other: Towels are not required but recommended. Water station is available to fill up water bottle.



Classes must be cancelled 12 hours PRIOR to the start of class. If you need to cancel, please log in to your account via BODCIORE app or on our website.   Cancellations via text, email or social media will not be accepted. 


2. Late Cancellations: Late cancellations less than 12 hours before class starts will result in a loss of class credit and a fee of $25 for limited members and $15 for Unlimited Members (excluding New Client 2 Week and New Client Unlimited Memberships).


3. No Show: No shows will result in a loss of class credit and a fee of $35. 


4. Cancellations by Studio: In the event that BODICORE cancels a class, members  will receive a credit to account for the class to be used to reschedule to another class (subject to open spots).



1. How Waitlists Work If a class is full, you can join the waitlist. If a spot opens, you will automatically be added to the class and notified via email or text. Openings can become available at any moments notice, so you must be ready to join the class at the scheduled time. Please ensure that you are opted in to receive notifications from the studio. 


2. Removal Off Waitlists: If you place yourself on the class waitlist, you are responsible for canceling your classes within the cancellation window if you can no longer attend the class. BODICORE cannot be held responsible for removing clients off waitlists. If you do not get added to the class from the waitlist your class credit will be returned to your account to use book another class. Late cancellations still apply if you do not remove yourself from the class 12 prior to the start of class. 


1. Payment Policy: All sessions and packages must be paid in full at the time of booking. You must always have a current and up to date credit card on file. Your credit/debit card will be charged for your purchase.  If you fail to pay any charges when due, or if your credit/debit card declines, BODICORE LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate your privileges. You shall be responsible and liable for any fees including attorney fees and collections costs, that BODICORE LLC may incur in its efforts to collect any past due or unpaid balances from  you.


2. Refunds: All sales are final. Classes are not eligible for transfer, refund, or exchange. Please review class package expiration dates before you make your purchase. We do not offer extensions on class packages.


3. Promotional Offers: Discounts and promotions cannot be combined and must be used within the specified promotional period.


1. Membership Commitment

  • All memberships require a minimum  commitment of one-month, three months or six months. After this initial commitment  period, memberships will automatically renew on a month-to-month basis.
  • Membership cancellations require 30 days notice prior to next billing date via written notice to info@bodicore.com.
  • A $100 cancellation fee will be charged for any memberships terminated prior to the start of the agreed minimum commitment period.
  • Membership class credits DO NOT roll over to subsequent months and must be used within the 30-day billing  cycle. Unused credits will expire at the end of each billing cycle.

  

2. . Class Packs: All class credits have a defined usage terms and expiration period. Credits must be used within the timeframe specified at the time of purchase (e.g., 30, 60, or 90 days from the purchase or first-use date). Expired credits cannot be refunded or reactivated.


3. Payment Authorization

  • By purchasing a membership or class  credit package, you authorize BODICORE to automatically charge the debit or credit card associated with your account for monthly membership fees  and any fees related to late cancellations or no-shows as outlined in our  policy. By agreeing to these terms, you confirm your understanding of and  consent to the policies stated above, including the payment of membership fees, late cancellation/no-show fees, and the expiration of unused class credits.


4. Billing and Payment Processing

  • Membership fees will be charged monthly on the date your membership is set to renew.
  • If  we are unable to process payment due to insufficient funds or an issue with your debit/credit card, your account will be frozen, and booking privileges will be suspended until the outstanding balance is resolved.


5. Freezing Membership

  • Members can freeze their membership for up to three (3) months per calendar year for $15 per 30 days. To request a freeze, email us with the exact dates of the “pause” period. Memberships cannot be canceled while in “pause/frozen” status.


1. Attire: Please  wear appropriate workout attire and bring clean grip socks or workout shoes as required for Lagree/VersaClimber classes.


2. Personal Belongings:  BODICORE is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please keep valuables with you or in designated storage areas provided.


3. Cleanliness: Please leave all shoes in the storage provided. Wipe down equipment after use with the provided sanitizing wipes.


4. Phone Usage: Please silence phones and watches during class to maintain a distraction-free environment. Recording is prohibited during class. 


1. Illness Policy: If you are feeling unwell, please refrain from attending class to ensure the  safety of all clients and staff.


2. Injury or Medical Conditions: Inform your instructor of any injuries  or medical conditions prior to class so modifications can be provided.


3. Liability Waiver: All clients must sign a waiver before participating in their first session.  Participation is at your own risk.


4. COVID-19 Policy: Adherence to current public health guidelines is required. Clients may be asked to  reschedule if showing symptoms or exposure to illness.


 1. Age Policy: Clients must be at least 16 years old to participate in group classes unless  specified otherwise. Minors must have parental consent.


2. Guests: Guests are not permitted to observe classes. All participants must be registered.


3. Childcare:  BODICORE does not provide childcare. Please make necessary arrangements  before attending class.


 1. Email/SMS Notifications: Ensure  your email address and phone number is up to date to receive important  class updates and announcements. By submitting your phone number, you are authorizing us (opting in) to send you text messages and notifications. Message/data rates apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe.


2. Policy Changes:  BODICORE reserves the right to update these policies at any time. Clients  will be notified of significant changes.
